Basics
Middle Eastern, North African, Hellenic, and Turkish Dance Basics
This class is a great introduction or refresher on the history and cultural contexts for music and dances from the Middle East, North Africa, Hellenic, and Turkish regions. We will review foundational movements and techniques broken down in a way that is friendly for beginners and useful for experienced dancers working to improve their skills
